School Rules

  • Students must carry their Almanac to school every day. It must have their photograph and complete information.
  • Students should be neatly dressed in prescribed school uniform on all working days.
  • Parents must check the haircut, uniform and punctuality of their ward in the morning.
  • Parents are required to cooperate with the school in helping in the progress of their children. They should check the Almanac daily for any communication from school.
  • Parents are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address or telephone numbers. This is extremely important as information is sent through bulk SMS from time to time.
  • Children should come to school in time. If they report late, they may not be allowed to attend classes.
  • Children, when sick, should not be sent to school to attend classes or take exams.
  • As far as possible, once a child has come to school, he/she should not be taken home on a half day leave. Only in an emergency, written application must be sent along with the child.
  • For any specific existing medical problem, the parents must inform the school authority prior to the session.
  • Parents must ensure that fees dues are deposited by the 10th of every month. If fees is not deposited till the last working day of the month, the student's name will be struck off the rolls and re-admission may be applied after depositing & clearing up to date fees dues.


  • Students who have been sick should bring a medical certificate from their doctor on joining school.
  • A student who has been absent on the previous day will not be admitted to the class without a letter from the parent addressed to the Class Teacher, stating the reason for the absence.
  • Leave for going out of station should be approved of, prior to proceeding on leave.
  • Please note that 75% attendance is compulsory for all classes to appear in the final examination held at the end of the academic year. The academic session is from April to March.
